Bride & Grooms Cake

Project Description

Do you sell this cake? Yes Link to website or online shop www.facebook.com/GogamaVillageBakery Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake This cake is a replica of the David Shockley Bride & Groom Cake. I used the cake recipes from Elisa Strauss's - Confetti Cakes to guarantee success as this cake was big and heavy! I also used the Meringue Fondant recipe for great taste and consistency. The chocolate ganache that I used to drizzle on the layers filled the room wt a delicious scent. I applied Corneli Lace on one layer as well as different lacing techniques learnt as a combination of the various Craftsy classes. I must say that everything I have learnt from all of the many Craftsy classes has allowed me to successfully make this wedding cake a dream come true.
