Birthday Cake

Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake For decoration I have used butterfly cutters and blossom cutters, also edible pearls. The cake was filled with chocolate ganache and also covered with ganache before using the fondant. 3 levels of Chocolate cake + chocolate ganache. What are you most proud of? The decorations What advice would you give someone starting this project? To make the decoration in advance in order to let it dry. I started to make it on Sunday and the cake was for the following Saturday.
