Birthday Cake with Roses

Do you sell this cake? No, just for fun Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake It was so easy to mark the roses after watching the class. It was my first three tier cake. The bottom was vanilla cake with black cherry buttercream and chocolate ganache. Second and third tier were red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting inside and covered in smbc. The molds I used for the ornaments are from Wilton. For the borders I had the fmm frill cutters. The lettering was made with tappit cutters. After watching the monogram class the came out perfect.
