Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake The bottom tier of this cake was a German Chocolate cake with a cream cheese buttercream icing. The top tier is a Vanilla cake with a cream cheese buttercream icing. Both are covered in a pale yellow fondant. This was a very last minute order so I did not make the twigs and birds out of gumpaste. They are purchased from a Craft Store. I used straws to secure the structure of the cake.
