Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake 13", 10" and 7" tiers. White chocolate mudcake and raspberry meringue buttercream. Bride wanted a beach-themed wedding cake and left the design completely up to me! I used First Impressions silicon molds dusted with lustre for most of the seashells, a combination of ground Marie biscuits with demerara sugar, brown sugar and white sugar for the 'sand', made a custom stencil for the surfboards and the topper was provided by the bride. She loved it and I got rave reviews about the taste!
