White chocolate were E Guittard chocolate. What are you most proud of? I made my own molds for all the seashells. The seahorses figures were free-hand modeling. What advice would you give someone starting this project? After taking Lauren's Modeling White Chocolate class, I love it so much. Her instruction is very clear. I am learning making the figures with using her Modeling Chocolate recipe. Do not overmix. I threw one batch away because I did overmix.
