I made mashmellow fondant from scratch. It smelled and tasted great. I used an embossed rolling pin for the pattern on the design. The plates were made from pastillage and used the cut-off cake with a bit of butter cream for the content of the plates. The piece in the middle was made from fondant and coloured liquorice strips.
