Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Fondant, Isomalt, Royal Icing, Sanding Sugar, Florlytes. What are you most proud of? The reception was at a lovely seaside hotel with a serious grade going down to the site and even though i took the cake in pieces. That I got it mounted and detailed on one piece! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Start early making whatever decorations possible!
