I love the texture I was able to create and the sugar flowers are a real focal point in the design. I was able to present this cake to the AMAZING Francine Bryson who appeared on the first season of The American Baking Competition. It was an honor to create a cake for such a talented and inspirational individual! #teamfrancine What advice would you give someone starting this project? Watch the class a few times. Elissa's instructions are very helpful and she is very detailed in every aspect of creating a handbag cake.
