What advice would you give someone starting this project? Stick with your original design. Originally the ruffles were going to be on the bottom tier and horses on the top tier. I changed it at the last minute thinking maybe it would look more like a merry-go-round but it is too busy at the top. If I had left it as originally designed I think it would have been more balanced. If you want to change your design, I would suggest leaving it for another cake!
