Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake fondant, sugar sheet and an awesome Tres Leches cake recipe! What are you most proud of? I am proud of being a self taught baker that decided to follow a true calling and launching Kanarella's Creations. Every cake I make is one more reason that keeps me going in a business that has its ups and downs. What advice would you give someone starting this project? With this cake, I sat and drew what I wanted the cake to look like. In the end it looked nothing like what I had planned. I guess my advice would be to let the design flow. Sometimes being a perfectionist limits you to what you had in mind but sometimes plans B-Z are the better option. Have fun with it!!
