This is absolutely fantastic! How did you get the rice paper to look so frilly? Did you just cut the edges thinner before steaming? I have a masquerade cake coming up and I dont want to put anything inedible on the cake, but I want the lightness that an ostrich plume would give to my masks :] Again, beautiful work!

Thanks! Just watch Joshua's class - he has the feather tehcnique there, I just use the same one!
