Anne's Baptism Cake

Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Red Velvet Cake, Swiss Meringue Buttercream, Cream Cheese Frosting, Fondant, Gumpaste, Cake Boards, Plastic Dowels, Wax Paper, Shortening, Palette Knife, Rolling Pin, Clay Extruder, Shimmer Powder, Paint Brush, Ateco Frill Cutter, Ball Tool, Foam Pad, Pizza Cutter. What are you most proud of? Trying the wax transfer technique and having work on the very first try! Next time I'll also use the crumb coat and fondant smoothing techniques to correct my uneven tiers and rough edges. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Follow everything step by step and refrigerate the cakes after torting and filling before flipping them upside down to crumb coat. Also don't use too much shortening on the wax paper.
