This is a dummy for a wedding show, but I would love to have the real cake royal iced as well for a truly vintage look and taste. heart is created by using a Springerly Mold/Mould sold by House on The Hill. I also invested a small fortune on Joseph Lambeth's book, I wouldn't recommend this personally unless you're obsessed with Royal Icing and determined to master this.
