I am proud of the whole cake and the love me and my colleague have put into this cake. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Time management is the key to avoid burnout in doing this cake. This is a big project, and it's easy to get physically exhausted if all tasks were cramped into one day. The base tier of the big cake was 18"inch x 6" (followed by 14", 10", 6"). The 4 satellite cakes at the bottom were 8"X6" each. If you can do some of the elements (gumpaste decors) ahead of time, please do so.
