Well...I would have to say the logo just because it took me forever to cut out - I actually would have added more to this one like adding a more pronounced "trunk top" look to the lid portion. I didn't really encase the tope completly to show it as a "lid", I just put some partial corner caps and stitched presses along the edges....hand was a little shaky - oops....but all in all it was cute. What advice would you give someone starting this project? When the cake is small - make sure that the cookie cutters you plan on using are in proportion because I didn't think it out too clearly and when it came time...I was doing a bunch of these little things by hand because my cutter I thought to use was too big - oops!
