Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake All of our cakes use marshmallow fondant as we find the taste of most pre-made fondants not as palatable. We also use gum paste for most or all decorations. What are you most proud of? We are very proud of the work we have done so far in such little time and look forward to what we will accomplish in 2014 and forward.
