Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Home made MMF love the elasticity and control of costs! I also use satin ice fondant for my reds and blacks just because I like the saturated colors. What are you most proud of? My clients! They are the best marketing tool ever! I do zero advertising I am completely word of mouth driven! I love hearing that my cakes "taste as beautiful as they look!" What advice would you give someone starting this project? Time management! Allow plenty of time to complete a project! It a pleasure working on something when you can take your time and enjoy the process.
