70th birthday cake

Do you sell this cake? No, just for fun Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake This cake was made for a lovely lady who has been a rock for me over the years. She refused to give me any clues to what type of cake she wanted, only her colour scheme which was hot pink and purple and I know that her favourite colour is pink and she loves roses. Gary Chapmans class was perfect, I tried to emulate the roses on the plaque because I wanted my friend to have a keep sake, my pleated roses are not very good so I mostly did plain roses, the lavender tier has pink roses and the pink tier has white roses. I haven't done a square cake before and the corners were a bit elephant skin looking so I put a rose on each corner with leaves, I really liked how it looked and my friend loved it so much she didn't want to cut it.
