Do you sell this cake? Yes Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake I made this cake for a couple's Diamond Wedding Anniversary. She was married in blue and loved purple flowers. Apart from that I was asked by their daughter to surprise her with the design. I used Italian meringue buttercream and Satin Ice fondant. I also used Cake Lace for the first time. I used Vanilla Cake with a Strawberry and Champagne Luxury Jam and everyone was delighted. My only real concern was that we were going through a heat wave in the UK and we don't have air conditioning which meant the buttercream did soften, hence reason I much prefer working in either Marzipan or Chocolate Ganache.

Hi Traci, thank you for your lovely comments. The sparkle is from a Squires Kitchen dust called Fairy Sparkle. The delicate iced lace is made from Cake lace. It was the first time I used it and it was a joy to work with. X
