Share a little about the materials, processes, and techniques used to create this cake Fondart by Chef Nicholas Lodge What are you most proud of? the stenciling with luster dust was a lot easier than I thought. I was timid, so I chose a less "bold" color - just in case there was a woopsies. What advice would you give someone starting this project? if you have time - definitely practice on styrofoam - unless you are totally crazy brave like me and insist on the unrecognized phrase of mine "I'll practice when I book the cake."
