Paul Bradford discovered his love for cake decorating while baking with his grandmother at age 10. While other kids wanted to be athletes or astronauts, Paul knew he wanted to design cakes. After studying craft baking and baking technology in college, Paul went on to start his own business. He made thousands of wedding and novelty cakes for clients including the British royal family, Prince Albert of Monaco and lots of celebrities. Today, Paul is focused on his passion: teaching cake decorating at his sugarcraft school and here on Craftsy.
