Hi Angela – I only found your youtube channel a couple months ago and I was hooked on your style of presenting from episode 1. You make me laugh in every episode and I am so grateful to you for that. I started learning to fmq on my own by watching videos and making practice sandwiches. My first ine was on June 6th 2017 and I was told I was crazy because I jumped right in with learning feathers. I have enough panels to make pretty totes for the girls in my family and I have also been saving all my offcuts to make half square triangles. I didn’t know what pattern I was going to make but I just have to make a couple of those carpenter star quilts for my brothers. I am almost finished a special panel quilt for a new grandbaby and I have a whole lotta blocks of patchwork flowers and hearts that I am going to turn into mug rugs for several girlfriends. We are also starting home renovations and I am planning on fmq/thread painting special panels to run alongside and frame curtains in several rooms because they are all french doors that open onto gardens. Gardening used to be my number 1 passion but since I discovered this beautiful stitching I have to sew every day or I can’t sleep. Looking forward to your new season โค
