Watch all JJR episodes. The techniques, using different decorating tools, I learned alot. Thanks to JJR , I was able to create the graduation cake my niece wanted (she wanted parts of 3 different cakes). When the octopus episode came out, had to watch, seeing a different way to work with modeling chocolate. Thanks JJR for your inspiring, creative, videos. Very helpful.

When I see this, truly beautiful and unique cake, I can’t help but think about all of that expensive modeling chocolate that will be thrown in the garbage. I guess that’s OK if you have a wealthy client, though…. Sorry for being a downer and for being realistic.
