Fun Friday: Learn How to Make Crafts Inspired By Taylor Swift

Sometimes, crafty goodness pops up in the most unlikely of places, such as the music video for Taylor Swift’s new single, “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together.” With knit and crocheted accessories surrounding her in this break-up pop anthem, Taylor Swift is bringing handmade to a younger generation. If you want to recreate the “quirky” look she was going for in this video, check out the Craftsy workshops and classes below! With step-by-step instructions and support from our instructors and designers, you can make your own version of Taylor Swift's apartment.

The video opens with Swift sitting at a window, joined by a knit blue bird. Learn to crochet your own bluebird (and other creatures!) with Amigurumi: Woodland Animals.

Later, Swift is seen chatting on the phone in bed with a knit crocheted rabbit (Thanks, readers, for the correction!). Make your own rabbit with Wee Ones: Seamless Knit Toys.

Hi love this blog entry, but that bunny isn’t knitted. if you look at it closely (zoom view) it is crochet. It is lovely and fin is it
s stripy goodness. Just NOT knitted. 🙂

You don’t even have to look close to see that the bunny is crocheted. Very cute though.
