This is a great course to get the ultimate out of your pie crust, with step by step instructions and details about what makes a tasty pie crust (all the pies I've made in the last few years since switching to shortening have been left on the plate). Evan sees the crust as an essential part of the pie, that complements the filling. Thank goodness for this course. I think I am going to go pie crazy now.
