Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. This time I made and baked the bread all in one day. I mixed up 2 batches of bread dough one right after the other so I could have a couple large loaves and a small loaf and some rolls. I made the large loaves larger than my first two batches. The bread turned out just as good as my second batch, except the 2 large loaves stuck to the cast iron pans, one worse then the other. I guess I did not oil the pans enough. Next time, I think I will try more oil on one pan and parchment lining the other to see if either of those help.
