Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. A 9" baking tin, Southern Comfort, Dr Oetker dark, milk and white chocolate, Lyles Golden syrup. What are you most proud of? My weighing scales broke and I had to guess weights. No food mixer available so all done by hand. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Cardboard cutouts and artists brush a must. I had neither, so had to improvise. I also used two small glass dishes in a frying pan water bath to melt the white and milk chocolate.
