My First Long Loaf SourDough

This is the first sourdough loaf baked in my new Sassafras Rectangular Covered Bread Baker, which is a ceramic bread cloche. I removed the top during the final 10 minutes of baking! So Delicious with plain butter or garlic butter. The crust was thick & crunchy with a soft flavorful inside.
