What are you most proud of? The breads turned out wonderfully, especially for my first attempt at making bread (EVER, using ANY method)! I really like how the slices into the top of the boule peeled back as it continued to rise and baked. What advice would you give someone starting this project? This is a great course with easy-to-follow instructions and great demonstrations of technique. Have the recipe in front of you when watching the video, as I didn't and I wished I had once I started reading through after watching the video. I had to go back and watch the video again. I was a bit worried when the baking time wasn't mentioned in the recipe, but I did the baguettes first, and found they took 5 minutes at 500F, then 8 minutes at 450F, turned around half-way through the 8 minutes. The boule took much longer (~16-20 minutes), but I kept testing it every 4 minutes with a thermometer and it turned out great!
