Gluten free banana bread

Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. Since I am intolerant to potato starch I used corn starch. And since I didnt have enough almond flour I used some millet flour to compensate. I had wonderful results, the banana bread was delicious, it mas fineshed very quickly and had to bake another one.
