Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. The same as my last project. I had these two shaped as large batards and placed in my refrigerator overnight. When I took them out this morning, they had over risen, and so I reshaped them. I'm sure I broke all the rules, but everyone raved about the taste. What the heck. Right?! What are you most proud of? I don't really know what I'm the most proud of, I just know that this is a ton of fun! What advice would you give someone starting this project? This project couldn't have been easier. I used dough that I'd already made from the day before (or was it the day before that). I reshaped it because it has over risen and was a bit of a mess frankly. I had fun using the scissors to cut the dough, and I was in too much of a hurry to do anything more than a boule with the other one. Therefore, the advice I would give is to go for it, and have fun!
