Carolyn's Croissants

Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I just followed Colette's Recipe to the letter and my croissants turned out great! What are you most proud of? I'm very proud that these actually turned out the first time! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Paid Perry close attention to the instructions and follow them closely. When you go to bake I would start watching them before the first 15 minutes As they have a tendency to burn.

Q&A with Sew Hopeful

Colette Christian asked:
Hi Sew Hopeful, They look beautiful. The shaping and the color (bake) look great! Colette
Sew Hopeful answered:
Thank you, Colette. You are a wonderful teacher...extremely thorough. I don't think they would have turned out very well on the first try otherwise! Thanks again!
