Thanks! Then inside was amazing- apples were tender and just sweet enough- used corn starch and flour As thickeners. I love this class!!! I've been handling my pie crust poorly for years! The bench scraping and folding technique is brilliant!!!

What fats did you use I'm the crust? What liquids, and thickeners? That looks fantastic.

I used the first crust recipe- 6 oz butter and 2 oz shortening, for liquids I used water and vinegar. Starch was two tbsp cornstarch and a tbsp flour.

6 oz butter 2 oz shortening. Tried an all butter crust the next day and it turned out great too!

It did! I used a really dramatic crimp and it held up nicely.
