Hope Yoder is an author, designer and sewing instructor who specializes in fine machine sewing and loves to incorporate traditional techniques and machine embroidery into romantic ladies clothes and accessories. She has appeared many times on the popular TV show called “Sewing with Martha.” She has written two books entitled: "Embellished Heirloom Treasures" and “Victorian Dreams Heirloom Shirt”. Hope has created a new series of machine embroidery CDs called Heirloom Embellishments which features heirloom techniques that are re-created in the embroidery hoop. Her new “Virtual Pattern Workshop Cds” are the newest edition to her product line, which feature projects including video techniques, embroidery designs and step-by-step color photo directions. Her work has been featured on the cover of Sew Beautiful, Sew News, Designs in Machine Embroidery and Clotilde’s Sewing Savvy magazine. She also writes for Australian Machine Embroidery, Creative Machine Embroidery and House of White Birches. Hope travels the country teaching hands-on- workshops helping ladies discover how to “Romance Their Wardrobe” using her special techniques.
