You Will Need:

4-8 ounces of (merino) wool top
Cloche hat shaper
2 pieces of 23 in. X 23 in. bubble wrap
Dish soap
Empty baby powder bottle
Rolling tube (i.e. piece of PVC pipe, a pool noodle)
Nylon netting
Towels
Panty hose or fold over elastic
Steam iron
Rotary cutter
Stiffening agent (such as starch)
Sander (optional)
