Whether you have a large wedding or a small one, it takes a lot of helping hands to make your perfect day. Once the festivities are over, you'll have a lot of thanking to do -- for people who helped, for gifts you've received, for those who traveled from far away. Sending a handmade thank you card is a unique and personal way to express your gratitude to your loved ones.

When I got engaged two years ago, I knew immediately that I wanted to incorporate my love of crafting and sewing into all aspects of my wedding. I sat down at my trusty Bernina and started experimenting with cardstock. I ended up creating Save the Date cards, Invitations, and Thank You cards all using decorative stitches on my machine. I loved the personalized look, and loved knowing that no one else in world had the same cards for their wedding.

In this workshop, we'll explore a few ways to leverage your sewing machine to turn your cards into unique and personal creations. I'll teach you how to use your machine's decorative stitches on their own and to sew on decorative ribbon. I'll also show you how to use free-motion sewing techniques to write your main message in your own handwriting. I've included lots of detailed pictures to help guide you along the way, and if you have any questions I'm here to help!
