Excellent iTote - ad justed for me!  June 1, 2013

I liked this project because it allowed me to use 'scraps' and to once again try my hand at simple piecing, since I'm not a true quilter, yet. I measured my tablet and the tote needed to be a bit bigger and I also made 2 sizes for the pockets since I thought 1. my phone was bigger and 2. one might be able to hold a small money purse. I also added a second handle thinking two might be better than one ... well, not really, but it gives me a little more peace of mind while carrying the tablet.

Excellent Can't believe I did it!  May 6, 2012

I was hesitant about this project since I'm such a newbie, but my mom just bought an ipad and I really wanted to make this for her.
The instructions were great and the photos helped so much! Before this project I had never used fusing, machine quilted, used batting, made a pocket or sewn a zipper! Now I'm excited about seeing what else Crafsy can teach me! Thanks so much!

Excellent Great Project  March 17, 2012

I enjoyed this project so much I have made 3 so far and also modified it to fit my laptop computer. I designed some quilting patterns for my embroidery machine and did the backs with those. Came out great.

Good iPad. Handbag  February 25, 2012

I made the handbag and found the pattern easy to follow. One problem was my iPad didn't fit because I had an Otter case on it so I gave it to a co-worker and will make another a little larger for my iPad . I will also make more for gifts.
