sewing tribal bellydance costumes is how I got started sewing. I made several custom costumes that turned out beautifully. I then got into embroidery (still doing a lot of that). cross stitch, and crewel. In the fall of 2012, I decided to try quilting which is how I found this amazing site. Now i'm all kinds of active in the modern quilt guild here in bmore and i really enjoy making quilts. (still hate the actual quilting part though).
