I started sewing for myself when I was 15 years old. I taught myself. Didn't do very well in the beginning. Improved through the years. Sewed for my children. 2 girls 2 boys. Started quilting forty yeas ago. Took classes after trying to do it myself. I am now 73 love to make quilts as gifts to my friends. children and grandchildren. I think having crafty classes available is great. Learning new and quicker ways to quilt is such a time saver. I can't praise it enough.
