I learned to crochet in the hospital when I was eleven. A nurse felt sorry for me because I was so bored, so she gave me some thing to do, by learning to crochet with a pencil, it worked. 10 years later I learned to knit, then on to machine knitting, the rest is history. Hand knitting is still my favorite , it is so relaxing. Oh and I love to bake too!
