I started quilting late in life. In my younger days I was more of a camping, hiking, bike-riding type, outdoorsy. I never sat down for more that a few minutes at a time. Diagnosed with MS 1n 1992 and having mobility problems led me to look for other enjoyable pastimes, ones that could be done sitting down.
