My mother hand made all of my halloween costumes and my grandmother made fancy dresses for all of my special occasions from first communion to my high school graduation.
I started sewing and needle pointing classes at age 7, and have been addicted ever since. As an adult, I enjoy sewing, knitting, making hair flowers, cake/cupcake/cookie decorating, and making functional crafts for the home.
I'd like to learn to crochet and make lace. I've made 2 quilts and would love to keep experimenting with that. I'd also like to learn felting. I'm sure I'll be adding to this list as I explore craftsy.com!
