I have become so fascinated by cake decorating, I went to culinary school to pursue my dream of becoming a chef, I choose culinary arts and restaurant management, during my time there I had to choose my elective, so I took a class in baking and pastry. I used to bake a lot before, but not in the way I learned at school, so my fate was sealed, I wanted to learn as much as I could, I wish I had done pastry instead. I love cooking but I adore baking, when I see my cakes come together or how people love any thing that I baked I feel a certain type of joy from within. I would like to work with a professional baker and cake decorator, but I am not sure how to go about it. My goal is to enroll in the classes here at Craftsy to try and improve my skills and present a more attractive product to my clients.
