Baking, just enjoy doing and sharing. Cakes are my favorite because of the creativity of the decorating. I started in 1993 by neccessity as my husband at that time bought a bakery. I Had some instruction from a retired cake baker and then self taught. Sold the bakery in 95, next cakes were 1997 at a brstro in Ketchakan, AK. Moved to Key West, no cakes there.
