I enjoy cake decorating....on and on and on!!THe ins and outs and all abouts of it. I started with a simple Wilton class on a Monday night....since I was home all week with newborn twins and a two year old toddler, I couldn't leave home often.....except when.... :D....and now....5 years later...Im still loving it and do it as a part time profession at GianCarlos Bakery and Pastry Shop, Ledgewood, NJ!!!
