She did her Master's course in cake decoration from Wilton Industries, Chicago, Techniques of Cake Baking and pulled and blown sugar from The Institute of Culinary Education, New York. She also learnt Gumpaste Flowers, Australian stringwork and other techniques from Elizabeth Parvu, Di Simmons and many other experts in the field.
She was a member of ICES (International Cake Exploration Soceity) and has won prizes in cake decorating competitions across USA.
Back in India, she has started a setup â??The Dream Cakesâ?? where she takes theme based cake orders and conducts classes and workshops for cake baking and decoration.
