I love sugar craft. I took up fondant sculpting when I took part in the 2011 RSPCA Cupcake Day fundraising. I made 3D puppy cupcake toppers out of fondant to go with the cupcakes I sold at Cupcake Day and haven't looked back since. I've progressed from cupcake toppers to cake toppers and 3D novelty cakes.

In addition to sugar craft I also love watercolour painting, especially painting people and dog portraits. I've extended my love for portraits to making edible caricature out of modelling chocolate and fondant. Mike's bobblehead and Lauren Kitchen's modelling chocolate tutes have certainly helped me refine my skills further.
