I love sewing clothes for me, but not for others. I enjoy knitting too. I learnt to sew as a child. My sister and I both had Singer treadle sewing machines. How I wish I had kept mine! My sister has long given up sewing, but I still enjoy it. I have lost quite a lot of weight this year, and most of my clothes are too big! This is a great incentive to make beautiful new clothes!
