I saw a book in a shop in Atlanta, and bought it. It was on Cold Porcelain and Sugar flowers, by Alan Dunn. Since I am English and had family I went over to visit and took some classes from him. He is a good friend now after all these years. So I have him to thank.

I now teach and make orders for various bakeries, The Ritz Carlton Hotel in Atlanta, and private bakers, Mark Fitchpatrick Designs, Atlanta, Celso's cakes, Atlanta, Anne Sineath, in Atlanta GA, and also people ordering displays for their houses or gifts. Only Cold Porcelain can be shipped, as the sugar is far too fragile to ship.
